OUR PHILOSOPHY

Established in 1940, Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) has grown to be one of the largest diversified business conglomerates based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Under the visionary leadership of our chairman, Farouk Almoayyed, today we represent more than 300 globally renowned brands across key sectors. Upholding customer satisfaction has the primary business goal: Customer satisfaction has been a vital component of our business ever since its founding by the late Yousif Khalil Almoayyed. Today, we are proud to be one of Bahrain’s most trusted business houses, which has served the kingdom across generations.

Making YKA the employer of choice for the Bahraini workforce: We encourage skilled and talented Bahrainis to join our team right from the grassroots level by joining hands with universities and institutions like INJAZ.

Enabling digital transformation to improve efficiency: We strive towards achieving a completely paperless office by incorporating digitization in almost every facet of our operation. Apart from financial savings, this would also help us be more efficient and reduce wastage.

Developing a sustainable operational environment: We are reducing our dependence on non-renewable energy by investing in solar infrastructure at our facilities. YKA is home to Bahrain’s first solar-powered car showroom. This plant will help us reduce our carbon footprint by 326 tonnes every year and over 6,520 tonnes during its design life.
