Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons has been honored by the Ministry of Labour for its outstanding contributions to on-the-job training through the Furas Program. The recognition was presented during the Ministry’s 39th annual ceremony, held at the Gulf Hotel, celebrating exemplary workers, distinguished performers, and leading private sector establishments.
The Furas Program, designed to provide job seekers with hands-on corporate experience, has been instrumental in helping trainees transition into full-time roles. YKA’s active participation in this initiative underscores its commitment to talent development and advancing Bahrainization efforts.
Adding to the company’s accolades, Yasser Miraj Alshakhoori, Service Manager at Almoayyed Motors (Ford & Lincoln), received the prestigious Distinguished Manager Award which was, presented by H.E. Yousif Bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Labour Minister.
