Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Playbook, a dynamic learning network created by women, for women, to explore avenues of cooperation between the two organizations. Through this partnership, YKA will offer its employees access to The Playbook’s extensive range of courses and masterclasses, providing them with a unique opportunity to engage in a powerful networking platform aimed at supporting the growth and development of women at all levels of management.
The MoU was signed by Mona Almoayyed, Managing Director of YKA, and Wafa Al Obaidat, Founder and CEO of The Playbook, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, including Alok Gupta, CEO of YKA; Sonu Duggal, Group HR Manager of YKA; and Shreya Rammohan, Co-Founder and CMO of The Playbook.
This collaboration underscores YKA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and empowering its female workforce by providing them with resources and opportunities to thrive in leadership roles.
