Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA) recently held a management meeting welcoming over 50 interns who have joined the company through various partnership schemes. These include the Bahrain Polytechnic’s Apprenticeship Scheme, the Institute of Public Administration’s Khobarat Program, the Ministry of Labour’s Furas Internship Scheme, and collaborations with universities for graduating students.
During the event, key figures of YKA addressed the interns. Farouk Almoayyed – Chairman of YKA Group, Mona Almoayyed – Managing Director of YKA, and Mohammed Almoayyed – Director of YKA, expressed their appreciation for the interns’ dedication and eagerness to learn at one of Bahrain’s leading diversified business groups.
Alok Gupta – Chief Executive Officer of YKA, led focused sessions on creativity and idea generation. These sessions aimed to help the trainees contribute impactful additions to the company during their training period.
