In a ceremony organized by the Ministry of Labour and the Specific Council for Training in Retail held at the Gulf Convention Centre, Manama on 28th April 2010, Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons secured 3 awards for "Best Utilization of Training Levy in 2009" under the following categories:

  • Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons (2nd Place for A Class Organizations)
  • Almoayyed Motors, (1st Place for C Class Organizations)
  • Ashrafs (2nd Place for C Class Organizations)

The awards were presented by H.E. Dr. Majeed Bin Mohsin Al-Alawi, the Minister of Labour to Mr. Faisal M. Al-Asfoor, Training Manager, YKA, in the presence of Mrs. Amal Almoayyed, Executive Director, Ashrafs.
