Y. K. Almoayyed and Son's held an Employee of the Month award ceremony at its main office on 13th October 2009 to recognize and reward diligent employees who have demonstrated the core values of the company and commitment to their work for the months of July and August 2009.

Nine employees selected from different divisions of the company received a monetary reward and Certificate of Appreciation from the Chief Executive, Alan James Guest who spoke of the importance of these values to the company and the example that such employees gave to others. Mr. Roy Mathew - Group HR Manager, Mr. Sonu Duggal - Group Manager - TQM & Faisal Asfoor - Training Manager also attended the award ceremony.
