Eight aspiring retail sales employees from Ashrafs have successfully completed a training programme in "NVQ/BVQ in Retailing" conducted by Bridge Training Solutions and sponsored by BDO Jawad Habib Career Progression Programme. During this 3 month long training programme the participants learned how to increase their effectiveness as retail sales employees, focusing on customer needs, communication, and teamwork. Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons' Training Head, Mr. Faisal M. Al-Asfoor said, "This skill enhancement training has helped the employees to integrate customer needs and complain handling with the core business at the workplace."

 A small ceremony was held to mark the conclusion of the course which was attended by Mr. Ehsan Ghurbal, Director of BDO Jawad Habib Co., Dr. Fakhar, CEO of Bridge Training Solutions and Mr. Faisal Al-Asfoor. They all wished the participants the best in their career and urged them to keep up the good work and become effective managers at Ashrafs in the near future.
