Almoayyed Motors, the Ford, Mercury and Lincoln importer-dealer in Bahrain, has clinched two important recognitions from Ford Middle East.

It won the Middle East Championship title for the latest Ford Customer Satisfaction Challenge and for driving growth in genuine parts sales in Bahrain.

During the challenge, which ran throughout the year, the dealership scored the highest in all customer satisfaction levels among all other Middle East Ford dealers according to Ford Motor Company’s Customer Viewpoint survey.

“Winning the Middle East Customer Satisfaction Cup is a great feat for Almoayyed Motors as it demonstrates the dealership’s commitment to deliver the best customer service experience”, Ford Middle East’s Regional Customer Service director Chris Noel said.
