"Advanced Customer Care Skills" Course for Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons Employees

In line with its continued efforts to improve its customer services and management practices to the highest international standards, Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons in cooperation with Horizons HRD organized a professional training course in "Advanced Customer Care Skills" held from 09 - 12 June 2008 at the Novetal Hotel and was attended by 16 staff from different departments.
This course has been designed to meet Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons specific needs & requirements and has covered various topics including: Having a better understanding of the marketing environment, understanding what customer care is and how to benefit from it, identifying customer needs and satisfy their requirements, communicating constructively with the customers, solving customer complaints and understanding how to improve self confidence and retain customers.
At the end of the training programme, Mr. Faisal Al-Asfoor Assistant Training and Development Manager presented the certificates to all participants with the Trainer Mr. Salah Bu Saleh (Certified Trainer by the British HRD Academy). All participants have expressed their appreciation to the Company, for organizing such professional courses, which will lead them to success in achieving their corporate objectives.
