Balanced score card system for strategy deployment & performance management has been implemented & institutionalized in all operating divisions of YKA. The BSC system at YKA has helped in cascading & deploying Vision, Mission & Strategy & is also being used as a tool for performance measurement & review. It also helped in identifying & implementing several cost reduction & process improvement projects which led to considerable amount of savings in all divisions.

Through the BSC system the performance is measured & reviewed not only on financial parameters (lagging indicators & outcome measures of organizational performance) but also on non financial parameters (leading indicators to drive future performance) which are also equally important for organizational success & satisfaction of other stakeholders like Customers , Suppliers & Employees.
